How fast can a Mo Better tech get to my door?

Two days max during storm season when everyone's calling. We don't quote a window between "tomorrow" and "next week". We tell you when, and we show up when.
Do you charge for estimates?
Nope. A Mo Better tech comes out, looks at the door, tells you what's wrong, and tells you what it costs. If you don't want to fix it that day, no charge, no pressure. Don't pay anyone who charges to look.

Always a real Mo Better tech. Every technician is on our payroll, in a Mo Better shirt, driving a wrapped Mo Better truck. We've never outsourced our reputation to a third party, and we're not starting in your driveway.
What's the deal with garage door springs?
Springs do the actual lifting. Your opener is just a motor that triggers the spring. When the spring goes, the opener can't lift the door. People think they need a new opener. They need a new spring. Two-hundred-dollar part, not a thousand-dollar opener.
Do you handle hurricane-rated garage doors?
Yes. Coastal Georgia. Glynn, Chatham, Camden, and Northeast Florida sit in elevated wind-load zones with real hurricane and tropical storm risk every season. We spec the right impact-rated door for your county's code, install it, and pull the permit ourselves. Metro Atlanta doesn't need impact glass, but it does need a door that shrugs off straight-line winds and tornado-season debris. We spec for that too.
Are your techs licensed?
Licensed and insured in Georgia, license #853. Every tech who shows up at your house is on our payroll. Trained in our shop, trusted on our trucks.
Why are your prices different from the guys who quoted me?
Because we tell you what parts and labor actually cost. Some other guys load 200% on the parts and call it a "service fee." That isn't a service. That's a markup. We charge what it costs plus a fair labor rate.
What if your work fails?
We come back and fix it on our dime, not yours. No second-call charge. Parts are warrantied 12 months, labor is warrantied for the life of the install. That's the whole "make it right" thing. We mean it.
