Look, here's the thing about that rating. I don't frame the five-star reviews. I read the other ones. Every review that isn't perfect gets read out loud at the shop, and then somebody from this company answers it in public, under our own name. No canned "we're sorry you feel that way" template. A real answer about what happened and what we did about it.
If we got it wrong, we go back and make it right on our dime, and you'll see that in the responses if you go digging through the profiles. That's not a marketing strategy, it's just how you keep a 4.9 honest across a thousand-plus reviews. Anybody can stack up praise. Answering for your work is the part that counts. Got a problem with a Mo Better job? Call me before you type. We'll be the next review either way.
